The working principle of the experimental kettle

Put the product in a basket into the sterilization kettle and the kettle door is closed.

Then the kettle door through triple safety interlock to ensure safety, in the whole sterilization process, the kettle door in a mechanical way lock, knob or operation screen to choose the sterilization method, and download the formula to PLC, check without error, start the sterilization program, the whole process automatically according to the sterilization formula.

Sterilization kettle is equipped with spiral winding heat exchanger. In the heating and cooling stage, the process water in the kettle passes through the shell side, while the steam and cooling water pass through the pipe side, so that the sterilization products will not directly contact with the steam and cooling water, so as to realize aseptic heating and cooling.

In the whole process, the pressure inside the sterilization kettle is controlled by the program through the automatic valve to enter or discharge the compressed air inside the sterilization kettle.

After sterilization, sterilization kettle will send a signal, can open the door and discharge at this time.

Triple safety interlock ensures that the kettle door will not be opened in case of pressure in the pot, so as to ensure safe operation.

The temperature distribution uniformity in the sterilization kettle was ±0.5℃, and the pressure was controlled at ±0.05Bar.
